Erika Herrera
Finance Director
(781) 595-1991

Erika started her Bertram career in the Dining Services department at Bertram House of Swampscott in 2015, and later moved into a role as Accounting Assistant to support both our Swampscott community and our sister community in Salem.  After leaving to work with another senior living company in 2020, Erika soon realized "there's no place like the Bertram Homes" and returned to our team in April of 2021.  She is the youngest of four children in her family and the first to graduate college - although she didn't get to enjoy the Salem State graduation ceremony due to the pandemic.  In her spare time, she enjoys being with her "little rascals": two girls, with another child due this fall. She also participates in her local church by singing on the worship team. Erika says the best part about working at the Bertram House is that it feels more like a family between residents and staff, not the traditional workspace!
